Conditions of purchase
Your use if this site and the sale of any items are governed by the below terms and conditions. In using the site you are agreeing to be bound by these conditions.
1. AIM OF THE CONTRACT
The user has a right to make use, for a specified period, of the software and its related documentation for your own needs. The license only covers use of the software on one single computer at a time.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The software and its documentation are original works projected by the law of 11th March 1957 on literary and artistic work, amended as it was by the law of 3rd July 1985.
Consequently, the user agrees:
· Not to reproduce the software or documentation.
· Not to modify it or integrate it into any other software.
· Not to use TactFOOT for any other purpose than it was sold. This includes use on the Internet and in published materials.
3. GUARANTEE
AVC Media Enterprises Limited guarantees that, used correctly, the software can perform the functions described in the manual and in the documentation relating to the software. AVC Media Enterprises Limited cannot guarantee that this software will satisfy the needs of every user. AVC Media Enterprises Ltd accepts no responsibility regarding the use of the software and, more especially, any damage indirect or commercial which might result from its use. In any case, even if established, the responsibility of AVC Media Enterprises Ltd with regard to its use is strictly limited to the cost of this copy of the software. However, AVC Media Enterprises Ltd does agree to replace, free of charge, any faulty ‘input medium’ which is returned within 30 days of purchase of this copy of the software.
4. ADDITIONAL CLAUSE
The user may not transfer the rights and obligation stated in this contract, which is in accordance with Scottish Law.
Return of Goods Policy
At AVC Media Enterprises, our return policy is simple.
We are confident in the quality of our products and we know that you will be very happy with your purchase. However on the rare occasion when you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days from receipt of your order.
If you believe your purchase is not satisfactory (under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) return it to us with your receipt and a covering letter specifying the reasons and whether you would prefer a full refund or exchange.

All goods must be returned by registered or recorded delivery. AVC Media Enterprises cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Please ensure that goods returned are adequately packaged, protected and marked ‘FRAGILE’ where appropriate. Postal charges for the return of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer.
AVC Media Enterprises will grant you a non-transferable license to use the TactFOOT software, which is identifiable by a serial number which we will send on receipt of payment.
