Return of Goods Policy
At AVC Media Enterprises, our return policy is simple.
We are confident in the quality of our products and we know that you will be very happy with your purchase. However on the rare occasion when you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days from receipt of your order. If you believe your purchase is not satisfactory (under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) return it to us with your receipt and a covering letter specifying the reasons and whether you would prefer a full refund or exchange.

All goods must be returned by registered or recorded delivery. AVC Media Enterprises cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Please ensure that goods returned are adequately packaged, protected and marked “FRAGILE” where appropriate. Postal charges for the return of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer.
